At ARTNOBEL, we understand art as a living territory, in constant dialogue with its time and with those who inhabit it. In our issue no. 26, published last December, we shared the manifesto of the cultural association Artists of the 21st Century United—a text born from the deep conviction that creation remains a force capable of connecting, questioning, and transforming.
Today we want to give it a new space and extend its resonance by sharing it on our blog and social networks as well. Not as an act of repetition, but as an act of coherence: because this manifesto speaks of community, of cross-disciplinary exchange, of creative drive, and of the need for art as a vital and social tool. Ideas that naturally resonate with the spirit that fuels this editorial project.

MANIFESTO
Artists of the 21st Century United
We believe in art as impulse, as spark, as an intimate and collective revolution.
We believe in every creator who dares to look beyond what is established.
We believe in hands that turn matter into emotion, in voices that question, in bodies that express what words cannot reach.
We are a community born to open doors, to bring talents together, and to demonstrate that art remains an untamed force—capable of inspiring, connecting, and changing realities.
Here there are no borders:
neither of style,
nor of discipline,
nor of origin.
A painter can reinvent the world alongside an actress.
A designer can find her mirror in a musician.
A poet can sow ideas with a sculptor.
Because when art walks together,
marvels happen.
We promote culture, education, and creativity as rights, not privileges.
We defend art as a vital necessity and a tool for social transformation.
We foster projects that give voice to those who have something to say,
and also to those who are still discovering how to say it.
We want to be a loudspeaker, a refuge, a stage, and a laboratory.
We want to multiply opportunities, experiences, and learning.
We want every member—each woman and each man—to grow, explore, and dare.
This is our call:
if you feel creativity move you,
if you know that art lives within you,
if you wish to belong to a network that vibrates with your dreams…
